On a different note. You may have noticed that my newsletters have become somewhat sporadic. I’m currently looking for a fulltime job and that has become, well, a fulltime job. But I will continue to design. Just perhaps not quite as much as I did last year. So I will keep you posted. But don’t worry, I will still be designing for you all as it is my first love.

The kids are on mid-winter break this weekend and enjoying spending time playing in the snow with my husband which leaves me time to sit inside scrapbooking. Snuggled up in a “Cozy Retreat” + 40% Off Sale!

Winter has definitely settled into Michigan. We have snow on the ground, freezing temperatures and school cancellations due to slippery roads. After all the stress of the holidays, a Cozy Retreat sounds divine! I had the opportunity last weekend to spend a whole weekend at a scrapbooking retreat with some friends. Fifteen women rented a house nestled in the woods set up specifically for scrapbooking in our community. We watched chick flicks and scrapped to our hearts content. We laughed, cried and learned a little bit more about ourselves and those around us.
